We are still in Level 3 until Cabinet meets next Monday May 11th May to decide when we will move to Level 2, announcements were made yesterday about details of Level 2. Life at Alert Level 2 means we can resume many of our everyday activities — but we have to do so safely.
As all businesses can open in level 2 if they can do it safely, we are working to achieve this. We want to reassure you that our number one priority is to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our team members, our customers and communities as COVID-19 continues to be controlled.
Level 3 Online Order Deliveries
As we are still in alert Level 3, we are only able to trade online until we reach level 2. Orders are dispatched via contactless courier services. Please specify clear delivery instructions to ensure this can happen simply and easily. Make sure the delivery address is able to receive your order.
We prioritise all shipping of orders by date ordered.
Level 3 Store / Pickups
ALL stores are currently closed until we reach level 2, so collection is not possible. Please use our delivery options in the meantime.
You may have concerns about your orders and delivery dates. We're here to help, and we're dedicated to making sure you get what you need. If you plan on making an order over the next 2 weeks we also ask that you try and be as patient as possible and wait for your email updates before getting in touch.
