Order Dispatch

Simply NZ and NZ The Gift will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being confirmed and receipt of payment. Our shipping charges include protective packaging. If the item is out-of stock we will contact you to discuss an anticipated dispatch or an alternative. Payment will not be processed until the order is ready for dispatch.

Simply NZ and NZ The Gift will not be liable for loss or damage of goods once received by the postal/courier service. Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made against the carrier. We do not pay compensation for late delivery.


New Zealand Delivery
Fast local and reliable shipping to all New Zealand addresses and locations. Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the destination regardless of the value or the size of the purchase. Allow 3-5 days delivery of orders within New Zealand.

We offer TAX FREE purchasing for all online shopping cart items when delivery is selected to a worldwide address/outside of New Zealand. (NZ GST is currently 15% and may be subject to changes). Please contact us office@touristgroup.co.nz in regards to freight costs for orders needing to be sent worldwide (excluding Australia).

Customs Charges & Fees
International customs charges are not included in your shipping fees. Upon order placement, Simply New Zealand & New Zealand The Gift is not liable for your countries import tax. This is your (the buyer's) responsibility to check  total value of goods you are importing to your country from our online store, and costs that may incur to import. It is also the buyers responsibility to arrange payment of these additional fees; custom charges that you may be required to pay for the release  of the goods.

Restricted products

Some products may be restricted or not allowed in some countries. Responsibility for this rests with the purchaser and if you are not sure if the items you are purchasing are permitted in your country it is your responsibility to check.


Parcel unclaimed

In the event that a parcel is unclaimed by a receiver in the recipient country and is returned back to us, we are not obligated to provide a refund to the value of the product. We will however provide the option of resending the item(s) with any additional shipping costs incurred resting with the customer(s) concerned.
